Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Afghanistan, Syria, Ukraine (in the eastern war zone), and Transnistria.
However, if you are in the UK or Europe you can enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over 1000€.
Please note that our distribution center does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE
Shipments will arrive with delivery duties and taxes unpaid. This means that custom fees, duty and tax may apply to your order depending on the country of destination. Please contact your local authorities to receive more information regarding importation restriction and duties. This fee will be charged at the point of import and you will be contacted directly by the courier company to settle the payment.
We take great care to ensure your order is delivered safely through our partnership with DHL. All packages are fully insured for added protection. To prevent loss or theft, a signature from an adult at the delivery address is required upon delivery. Once a package is marked as ‘delivered’ by DHL, Alexandra Dobre Brand is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend keeping this in mind when choosing a delivery location to ensure a smooth and secure receipt of your order.
